Savor Montana: Mindful Mountain, Wild Hearts Retreat

Your Mindful Mountain Team: Jen Mast, Julie McKay, and Lelia Leary

JUNE 23-28, 2026 B Bar Ranch, Emigrant, MT

The wild West is calling—are you ready to answer? Join us for six days and five nights at the extraordinary B Bar Ranch, an organic working ranch and boutique wellness destination tucked into Montana’s Tom Miner Basin, just 30 minutes from Yellowstone National Park.

This retreat is your chance to breathe deep in the wide-open sky, move with the rhythm of the mountains, and rediscover what it means to feel fully alive.

“Wellness is not found in escape, but in returning—returning to yourself, to the land, to what matters most.”

This is not just a yoga getaway—it’s a holistic wellness journey. Each practice and experience is intentionally designed to restore balance, expand awareness, and connect you to both land and self. From nourishing farm-to-table meals and daily mindfulness practices to workshops on sustainable living and regenerative agriculture and evenings of reflection under starlit skies, every moment supports your body, mind, and spirit.

Wellness here is not confined to the mat—it’s woven into the ranch’s organic rhythms, the wisdom of the land, and the shared intention of the community that gathers. You’ll return home with practices, insights, and a renewed vitality that extend far beyond these mountains.

The Experience

Wake each morning to crisp mountain air and a hot cup of cowboy coffee. Wander to the cozy yoga yurt, where practice unfolds against a backdrop of purple peaks and endless sky. Days bring possibility—guided hikes, horseback rides through vast prairies, quiet porch teas, or a refreshing plunge in the ranch pond. Together we’ll explore Yellowstone on a full-day guided trip, learn from ranch stewards about regenerative farming, and gather by firelight beneath starlit skies.

Throughout, our private chef staff will nourish us with three organic, farm-to-table meals each day—food designed to sustain both body and practice. Optional adventures like kayaking, spa treatments, and horseback riding await those who crave even more.

The Practice

Your guides—Jen, Julie, and Lelia—will hold space for balance: grounding movement, restorative stillness, daily meditation, and soulful workshops. Through community, self-reflection, and practice, you’ll deepen awareness, open your heart, and return home renewed.

The Place

The B Bar Ranch is more than a retreat center—it’s a sanctuary:

  • Newly renovated A-frames, lodge suites, and cabins
  • A yoga yurt warmed by wood and radiant floors
  • Vast grounds alive with elk, moose, bear, eagles and so much more
  • Yellowstone’s wonders just beyond the horizon
  • Cold plunge in our own pond
  • Stunning views of the Absaroka and Gallatin Ranges
  • Secluded and peaceful environment
  • The B Bar Ranch is working cattle ranch near Emigrant, Montana, bordering Yellowstone National Park. It hosts wellness retreats and events and focuses on regenerative ranching and land stewardship.

The Invitation

This is not just a getaway—it’s a chance to awaken new perspectives, step beyond comfort zones, and set an intention that shines far beyond Montana. Space is intimate and limited.

Come. Breathe. Renew. Answer the call of the mountains.
