Retreat Terms & Liability Waiver

1. General Release of Liability

I, the Participant, confirm that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would limit my participation in this retreat. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating in any retreat activities (yoga, meditation, hiking, SUP, horse walks, workshops, or other programs).

I release Savor Yoga Retreats / Jen Mast Yoga LLC, its owners, instructors, staff, and contractors from any claims or damages related to my participation. I assume responsibility for all risks and agree to practice mindfully.

2. Travel & Insurance Disclaimer

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance within 7 days of their first retreat deposit, as early purchase may allow access to a “Cancel for Any Reason” option. Travel insurance protects your investment for the entire retreat, including deposits and retreat payments, in case of unforeseen events such as:

• Illness or injury preventing participation before or during the retreat
• Needing to leave the retreat early for any reason
• Family emergencies or the death of a loved one
• Other unexpected circumstances beyond your control

Proof of insurance must be submitted to Savor Yoga Retreats / Jen Mast Yoga LLC prior to the retreat. I understand that it is my responsibility to arrange and maintain this coverage, and I release Savor Yoga Retreats / Jen Mast Yoga LLC from liability related to cancellation, leaving the retreat early, or any retreat-related events.

3. COVID-19 Agreement

I recognize the contagious nature of COVID-19 and accept the risk of exposure. I release Jen Mast Yoga LLC from liability related to COVID-19 illness and understand that no refunds or credits will be issued if I contract COVID-19 before, during, or after the retreat.

4. Privacy & Media Release

Participant information is used solely for registration and communication. I authorize Jen Mast Yoga LLC to use photographs or video captured during the retreat—including my likeness—for promotional purposes without compensation.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants agree to treat others with respect and integrity. Harassment, defamation, or violation of boundaries may result in removal from the retreat without refund. Sharing copyrighted or exclusive retreat content is prohibited.

6. Payment & Cancellation Policy

The initial deposit for Savor Yoga Retreats is 50% of the retreat cost, which includes a $200 non-refundable administrative fee.

• More than 90 days before the retreat: If you need to cancel, we will do everything we can to help you find a replacement participant. Please note: if a replacement cannot be found, you are financially responsible for the deposit already paid. This is where travel insurance can protect your investment.
• 90 days or less before the retreat: All retreat payments are non-refundable, and the full retreat cost is owed to Savor Yoga Retreats.

Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is strongly recommended as soon as you make your deposit and becomes mandatory 90 days prior to the retreat to protect your investment in case you need to cancel for any reason, including:

• Illness or injury before or during the retreat
• Needing to leave the retreat early
• Family emergencies or the death of a loved one
• Other unexpected life events

We recommend well-known providers such as World Nomads, Allianz, AAA, Costco, and many others. Please contact us if you have questions — we are happy to help.

Proof of insurance must be submitted to Savor Yoga Retreats / Jen Mast Yoga LLC and will be kept on file for the retreat in case an unexpected event arises.

Transfers: Deposits and retreat payments may be transferred to another participant for the same retreat with prior approval.

7. Final Agreement

By submitting payment and attending the retreat, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all the terms above.
