Retreat Terms & Liability Waiver

1. General Release of Liability

By registering for a Savor Yoga Retreat, I confirm that I am in good physical health and capable of participating in yoga, movement, and retreat activities. I accept full responsibility for my health and any injuries that may occur. I release Jen Mast Yoga LLC, its team, and affiliates from all claims arising from participation.

2. Travel & Insurance Disclaimer

I understand and accept the risks involved with travel to and from retreat destinations. I release Jen Mast Yoga LLC from responsibility for illness, injury (including COVID-19), lost property, or unexpected expenses. I acknowledge that Jen Mast recommends purchasing travel insurance, and that I am responsible for managing travel reimbursements independently.

3. COVID-19 Agreement

I recognize the contagious nature of COVID-19 and accept the risk of exposure. I release Jen Mast Yoga LLC from liability related to COVID-19 illness and understand that no refunds or credits will be issued if I contract COVID-19 before, during, or after the retreat.

4. Privacy & Media Release

Participant information is used solely for registration and communication. I authorize Jen Mast Yoga LLC to use photographs or video captured during the retreat—including my likeness—for promotional purposes without compensation.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants agree to treat others with respect and integrity. Harassment, defamation, or violation of boundaries may result in removal from the retreat without refund. Sharing copyrighted or exclusive retreat content is prohibited.

6. Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot. This deposit is non-refundable.
  • The balance is refundable (minus deposit) if cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to retreat start.
  • Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable.
  • Virtual events are non-refundable but may be transferred with 24-hour notice.

7. Roommate Clause

If I share a private room and my selected roommate cancels, I agree to cover the difference in cost for a private room.

8. Final Agreement

By submitting payment and attending the retreat, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all the terms above.
