
Savor Yoga Retreats Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully. By registering for our retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to jenmastyoga@gmail.com
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Because we invest in your retreat experience well in advance—including accommodations, meals, instructors, and excursions—all deposits include a $200 non-refundable administrative fee, with no exceptions.
If you need to cancel your participation more than 90 days prior to the retreat start date:
We will make every effort to help you find a replacement participant. If no replacement is found, your deposit will be forfeited, including the $200 non-refundable administrative fee. Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded only if a replacement participant is found and their full payment is received. Once the replacement’s payment has been received, a refund check will be issued to you minus the $200 non-refundable administrative fee.
90 days or fewer before the retreat start date:
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, including your deposit. Because unexpected circumstances can arise, trip and retreat insurance is required to protect your investment in the event of illness, emergency, or other unforeseen situations.
