Terms of Service

Welcome to Savor Yoga Retreats, operated by Jen Mast Yoga LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or participating in one of our retreats, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Retreat Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older. You are responsible for assessing your own physical and mental readiness for retreat participation.

At Savor Yoga Retreats, we welcome all bodies, ages, levels of yoga experience, and gender identities. Our retreats are for anyone who is willing to show up, participate with curiosity, and create a safe, supportive space for others to fully be themselves. You are welcome just as you are.

2. Registration & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. Full payment is due as outlined in your booking confirmation. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms. See each individual retreat for retreat fees. We retain a $200 non refundable administration fee that is rolled into your retreat fee.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

The initial deposit for Savor Yoga Retreats is 50% of the retreat cost, which includes a $200 non-refundable administrative fee.

  • More than 90 days before the retreat: If you need to cancel, we will do everything we can to help you find a replacement participant. Please note: if a replacement cannot be found, you are financially responsible for the deposit already paid. This is where travel insurance can protect your investment.
  • 90 days or less before the retreat: All retreat payments are non-refundable, and the full retreat cost is owed to Savor Yoga Retreats.

Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is strongly recommended as soon as you make your deposit and becomes mandatory 90 days prior to the retreat to protect your investment in case you need to cancel for any reason, including:

  • Illness or injury before or during the retreat
  • Needing to leave the retreat early
  • Family emergencies or the death of a loved one
  • Other unexpected life events

We recommend well-known providers such as World Nomads, Allianz, AAA, Costco, and many others. Please contact us if you have questions — we are happy to help.

Proof of insurance must be submitted to Savor Yoga Retreats / Jen Mast Yoga LLC and will be kept on file for the retreat in case an unexpected event arises.

Transfers: Deposits and retreat payments may be transferred to another participant for the same retreat with prior approval.

4. Travel & Insurance

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Jen Mast Yoga LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed items or missed flights. We are not responsible for trip interruptions, delays, or cancellations due to weather, illness, government restrictions, or force majeure.

5. Health & Risk Acknowledgment

You participate at your own risk. Yoga, hiking, excursions, and travel involve inherent risks. By joining, you acknowledge those risks and release Jen Mast Yoga LLC and all instructors, staff, and vendors from liability.

6. COVID-19 Policy

By participating in a retreat, you acknowledge the ongoing risk of COVID-19 exposure. You agree to follow all local and event-specific health guidelines and accept full responsibility for any related illness or disruption.

7. Code of Conduct

Respectful conduct is expected from all participants. Harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior may result in immediate removal without refund. You agree to honor the privacy and boundaries of fellow guests.

8. Intellectual Property

All retreat content—including recordings, handouts, and class materials—are the intellectual property of Jen Mast Yoga LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.

9. Media Release

You grant us permission to use photos or video taken during the retreat, which may include your likeness, for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the retreat begins. Savor Retreats will always be respectful of posting images for PR purposes. Please let Jen Mast know if you would like to be excluded from photos or videos. Your wishes will always be respected.

10. Privacy Policy

We collect and store personal information only for purposes of registration, communication, and retreat coordination. We never sell or share your data. View our full Privacy Policy for more information.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the site or participation in future retreats implies acceptance of any changes.
