Surrounded by jungle and just minutes from the beach, this retreat is an invitation to reconnect with yourself and the rhythms of nature. We’ll practice yoga in an open-air pavilion, share nourishing meals by the pool, and unwind to the sounds of the rainforest. From monkeys in the trees to sunsets over the Pacific, every moment is designed to help you savor it all.

Wake up to ocean views, slow mornings, and sun-soaked yoga on the terrace. This retreat invites you to savor the vibrant energy of Sitges while staying in a serene coastal villa nestled above the Mediterranean. We’ll move, breathe, explore, and connect—sharing locally sourced meals, creative workshops, and space to simply be.

Our Story

It all started with a quick conversation in the yoga studio lobby. Jen turned to Julie and said, “Want to come to Costa Rica with me?” And just like that, a partnership was born—one rooted in movement, laughter, and a shared passion for yoga, adventure, and human connection.

From the moment we led our first retreat together, we knew we had stumbled into something magical. Our strengths complement each other like peanut butter and jelly (or maybe guacamole and plantain chips). We bring different paths, practices, and personalities to the mat—but we share a deep desire to explore the world, celebrate culture, and create meaningful experiences for our community.

Together, we’ve built Savor Yoga Retreats—a space for others to rest, reset, and reconnect. What began as a spontaneous idea has become a soul-led mission to guide students across the globe, one retreat (and one belly laugh) at a time.
